We can produce upon customers’ requirement with high machining precision molds, and the PHYLON mid-sole is very light, resilient, cushioning, it need twice high temperature fired, but the EVA mid-sole just need once, these products widely used in jogging shoes, sport shoes and casual shoes.

During machining process, we use cooling water system to control the cooling temp, at 12~150C, the daily output and quality are higher than other normal facility.

本厂采用高精度的模具生产，能应客户需求生产EVA小发泡中底和PHYLON中底，广泛应用于慢跑鞋、运动鞋、休闲鞋。

其中，PHYLON中底轻便，弹性好，具有很好的缓震性能，需通过两次高温加热后烧制成型，EVA中底只需要一次。

生产过程中，我们配备了完善的冷却系统来控制冷却温度，并通过不间断的物性测试及时反馈问题，以确保生产质量。
